SPICY MANGO TARTARE by Raw Chef Yin featuring @misteravo!
Thank you to the 20 participants who attended the free Zoom class on how to make my signature raw vegan appetiser which I’ve served in London, Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Jalil.
The Indonesian avocado from @misteravo was perfect for it. 🥑🥑🥑
I’m also very happy with how I plated it this time as I got to do something different. Yeah, I get bored with the same plating after a few years, haha!😆
This dish is usually served with Malaysian Ulam because I like to feature local edible herbs but since we’re still in partial lockdown and it’s not so easy to get ulam I used the Pak Choy and Pea Shoot microgreens from The Farm Asia. Aren’t they pretty? And very high in nutrients too!
So lucky to be given @ck2y’s artisanal infused chilli oil for this dish.🌶️
