I decided I wanted to present this bean in a new way…
I used liquid from my pickled red cabbage which had:
~ brine from my lacto-fermented vegetables
~ bay leaf
~ mustard seeds
~ red cabbage
~ coriander seeds
~ clove
~ cinnamon stick
~ coconut palm sugar
~ salt
