PICKLED PETAI (raw vegan) by Raw Chef Yin ๐Ÿ’š

Petai beans are seen commonly in Malaysian dishes - usually eaten with a sambal. Either you love or hate these stinky beans. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I decided I wanted to present this bean in a new wayโ€ฆ

I used liquid from my pickled red cabbage which had:

~ brine from my lacto-fermented vegetables
~ bay leaf
~ mustard seeds
~ red cabbage
~ coriander seeds
~ clove
~ cinnamon stick
~ coconut palm sugar
~ salt

And thereโ€™s peashoots from The Farm Asia.
