Vegan Japanese Curry
INGREDIENTS
For the sauce
๐ฅcarrot, chopped
cherry tomatoes
๐banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
turmeric root, sliced
fresh ginger root, sliced
garlic, minced
curry powder
garam masala
soy sauce
lime juice

For the Vegetables
Carrot
Purple cabbage
Cauliflower florets
1 packet sweet peas
Microgreens
Garnish
Black sesame seeds
