I can't eat too much of this though coz white flour makes me ill. The crust was lovely but after eating half the pie I felt quite sick coz my body doesn't respond well to highly processed white flour. It happens every time I have pie if I eat out. 😮 I was half wondering whether I should have just made a raw vegan crust from oat flour and coconut flour instead but I wanted to to learn how to make the cooked version. Good learning experience. I put in some masala spice too coz I love my Asian flavours ;) Thanks again FFI team!
