ENCAPSULATED FOODS LESSON: MASA TACOS 💚

I don’t have a grill so I just baked the mushrooms in my toaster oven ;) Couldn’t get masa harina either so replaced with garbanzo flour + arrowroot powder instead. No tortilla press either so I made it free form. Since I baked it in my toaster oven, it became a crispy taco, haha. Mr Jazz Guitarist enjoyed it soooo much. He must have praised it at least 4 times during dinner - so thank you so much for this lesson.
