QUICK N EASY meal with @pinxinvegan sambal chilli!
It's a busy period for me as I gear up to launch 2 online raw vegan courses on 1 October (ice cream as well as Japanese dishes). Glad that I have @pinxinvegan 's sauces to help me quickly whip up my meals so I can focus on making the most awesome raw vegan videos + recipes for you.
Here's what I did: INGREDIENTS: ~ quinoa ~ red cabbage ~ sprouted chickpeas + Pinxin's Sambal Chilli sauce ~ beetroot ~ mizuna from @thefarmasia ~ mayo ~ black pepper ~ gochugaru
What's inside the sauce? Fresh Red Chilli, Ginger, Vegan Belacan, Grapeseed Oil, Lake Salt Light & Organic Unrefined Cane Sugar. All ingredients are natural and no added preservatives. May contain traces of nuts.
