PIZZA LESSON: PIZZA VARIETIES šŸ•šŸ•šŸ•

My submission to @foodfutureinstitute :

"I really don't know how to slap the pizza even after watching and trying to follow the video 10 times.

Maybe I need to get proper 00 flour first ;)

I think the results were ok given I was using the incorrect flour and only have a tiny toaster oven :D

Really grateful for the pizza lessons.

Also wanted to say that I generally don't like eating cooked pizza but then I went to Double Zero in LA and that changed my mind. If only all the pizza places here in Malaysia can learn from Patrick!"

"What a blast! Your calzone is well folded and well sealed. but yes the right flour is the most important! If you try again, you will be able to work with the dough much better and it won't crack. The second pizza; Well done on that crust, the dough looks perfectly baked with just the right amount of crispiness and chewiness. Your ingredient combination sounds delicious! Lovely touch with the fresh basil for presentation! Again, yes, having the right flour is key try to get a hold of it! Iā€™m sure you enjoyed these very much, now you can change the pizza scene in Malaysia!"
