NON-TRADITIONAL PENANG HOKKIEN MEE (raw & cooked)

Here’s another dish I made using the Pinxin products which they sent to me. It’s actually a great time saver on days you don’t want to make a soup broth from scratch. Plus Pinxin is one of the few local vegan companies in Malaysia, so it’s good to support them.

This is a totally non-traditional hokkien mee, I just used whatever ingredients I had with me to make it. Mr Jazz Guitarist approved of it, so that’s good!
