Healthy Sweet Potato Chips, no deep frying. Low heat, air dried in the @excaliburdehydrator
I made 4 different batches which were flavoured differently:
INGREDIENTS: Purple sweet potato @mu.soysauce salt Sonnentor’s Frankies BBQ spice mix from @whynot.organic @podiicom @marylebonegroup coconut oil
METHOD: Slice sweet potato using food processor slicer. Decided on flavourings and toss sweet potato slices in bowl with flavourings & seasonings. Dehydrate at 45 Celsius till dry and crispy.
So addictive!
