How To Make Salted Egg Dishes With NO EGGS! 👍💚
Salted “Egg” Kabocha (high raw, vegan, oil-free) INGREDIENTS Kabocha, sliced (it’s a Japanese pumpkin) 1 Thai Chilli/cili padi, sliced ½ cup curry leaves 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast ⅛ tsp black salt, also known as kala namak Filtered water
METHOD I made this in my Thermomix. Basically just sauteed Kabocha with water till tender. Allow to cool for a bit and then added rest of ingredients. Served it with black + brown rice. Mr Jazz Guitarist said it really taste like salted eggs.
We all know the secret is in the black salt which has sulphur to make it eggy-tasting 😮

PRO-TIP: no need to peel the kabocha skin...it can be eaten. Just remember to scrub it clean!
