OMG Vegan Luncheon Meat Has Arrived In Malaysia! 😲

I don't buy mock meat but I was quite curious about @omnimeat and wanted to hear from the founder @greenmonday.david so I accepted the invitation to attend the virtual launch of @greenmonday.malaysia. Thanks for answering 2 of my questions, David!😃

I baked the OmniMeat Luncheon as I didn't want to add more oil into it. While baking, you could already smell the aroma of luncheon meat. And taking one bite, it really tastes like luncheon meat!😮

The label says there's no added preservatives, no added msg, non-gmo, no garlic & onion, and no added nitrates.

Still, it's processed so it's not really my kind of thing. But I do think it's a great alternative meat substitute for those who are transitioning. Plus I'm excited to develop recipes with the vegan luncheon meat!

Added it to my @pinxinvegan noodles made with Pinxin Penang Curry paste for lunch.
