Raw Vegan Cinnamon Rolls
Made this based on Amy Levin’s recipe on her website, adapted slightly.
Here are the ingredients I used:
😋Cinnamon Roll Dough
🌟Dry
45 g rolled oats
60 g almonds
25 g coconut flour
🌟Wet
115 g water (it was too wet, next time I’ll use less)
15 g @Marylebonegroup coconut oil
75 g Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar syrup from @straitswholefoods
75 g cashews, soaked and rinsed
15 g psyllium husk
😋Caramel Paste
50 g rabbi dates, pitted
50 g cultured cashew milk
50 g Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar syrup
1 tsp TRUE cinnamon powder from @Organicule
1/4 tsp French sea salt from @Loveearthorganic
20 g golden raisins, soaked 1 hour
