Quinoa Bubur Lambuk
Have been craving for bubur lambuk for some time so when I saw Simply Serene do a demo on PB Health, I decided to try out her recipe.
Here’s what I used!
INGREDIENTS 1 cup quinoa 1 Carrot 1 bunch Chinese parsley 2 Shiitake mushrooms 1 clove garlic 1 inch bentong ginger 1 star anise Cinnamon powder from Organicule 2 cloves 2 Cardamom pods 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder from Organicule ¼ teaspoon black pepper Black salt Mu soy salt Marmite Dayak Ginger Crisps from My Blue Tea
