Sweet & Sour Pumpkin (oil-free)
I made this based on Chef Dave's recipe, but turned it into an oil-free version 🙂 Tasted great!!
INGREDIENTS ⅓ tablespoon black mustard seeds 1 stalk curry leaves, leaves only 3 dried red chillies, rehydrated and chopped 2-inch ginger, julienned 1 clove garlic, minced 1 ½ cup cubed pumpkin 2 teaspoons Podiicom or ½ tablespoon chilli powder Water from hibernating water kefir grains or you can use tamarind water. Alternatively, water + lemon juice will work. Salt, to taste Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar Microgreens
