Tiger Cookies (high raw)

INGREDIENTS
For cookie
1/4 cup sprouted buckwheat
½ cup rolled oats
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
Dash of cardamom powder
2 tablespoons liquid sweetener of choice - coconut nectar, maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
For eyes, ears, nose and whiskers
Vegan white chocolate
Vegan chocolate

METHOD
Place all ingredients except liquid sweetener and water into food processor and process till flour-like consistency. Add liquid sweetener and water into food processor and process till it turns into a pliable dough. Transfer dough onto silicon baking mat and form into a ball. Use a rolling pin to flatten to ¼-inch thickness. Use round cookie cutter to cut circles. Form small balls and flatten them to create the tiger ears and stick them to the circles. Place onto non-stick dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 45 Celsius for 1.5 hours. Melt chocolate and white chocolate and pipe on eyes, ears and whiskers.
