I’m not perfect but I do try to reduce food waste whenever I can.
I made Pineapple Tepache from the pineapple rinds and the core of the pineapple recently.
And then once it was fermented, I still used the core the second time by blending it with water and also papaya seeds and banana. This became the “milk” for my breakfast today. It’s spicy coz the papaya seeds are spicy. Then I poured it over my cut papaya and bananas and ate it as a fruit cereal for breakfast.
