Yin’s Rocket Pesto (Oil-Free)

I decided I wanted to add in some Asian flavours to this pesto 🙂

INGREDIENTS
140g zucchini, peeled and chopped
BOOMGROW Rocket Mix
1 lime, peeled
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 tbsp Irish sea moss paste
1 cube Spicy Fermented Beancurd
½ tsp szechuan chilli flakes
1 tsp shio koji
1 tsp Organicule wheatgrass powder
