🥬VEGAN FOOD ADVENTURES WITH RAW CHEF YIN - Salad Atelier, 1 Mont Kiara.
Eeeks, there’s a water pipe burst in my area so there’s no water!
Can’t really wash my fruits and knife and cutting board so decided to order salads from Salad Atelier instead via GrabFood.
I ordered:

These are DIY salads. I have a photo of their print form as that print form indicates which items contain dairy and which dressings are vegan friendly.
The salads were delicious with the dressings. I have to say though that the roasted eggplant was too oily for me.
I also actually used a paper towel to try to remove some of the oil from the dressings (packed separately).
And I added on more raw ingredients from my fridge which I had washed earlier on before the water stopped – lettuce, cucumber, red bell pepper and broccoli.
Salad Atelier is one of my go-to salad bars if I’m looking for a satisfying salad.
