🍌WHAT WE PACKED FOR OUR HIKE & BEACH DINNER PICNIC 🍅
🍠Snacks in the car - jackfruit, steamed sweet potatoes
🌱Lunch - we decided it was easier to find a restaurant to eat and we could also enjoy the seaview but I did pack about 200g raw veggies and sprouts so I could get my greens in.
I also had a green smoothie for breakfast so that I got in another 100g of greens for breakfast.
🐒Hiking snacks: Bananas for me and him. Boiled jackfruit seeds for him.
🍊Dinner: Oranges, cucumber, tomatoes, pea shoots for me. 🫘For Mr Jazz Guitarist and my friend - Organic black rice + basmathi rice + raw french beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, pea shoots and pinto beans.
I usually get very hungry during hikes so this time I wanted to ensure that I bring enough food. Also people always seem to want to eat my food so I never have enough for myself and this time I made sure I had enough so I don’t get HANGRY.
