💜VEGAN FOOD ADVENTURES with Raw Chef Yin - Purple Cane at MidValley Gardens Mall💜

When I used to work at the office at The Gardens more than 10 years ago, I would sometimes come here as they have some vegetarian options on the menu.

I’ve also had their vegetable curry dish at the outlet at the Chinese Assembly Hall and that was really good too.

This place serves meat but they still have a page on their menu which is vegetarian.

This time since they have the set lunches, we asked them if they could veganise it and they said yes.

I asked what about the soup as it’s usually a soup with meat. They said they could offer Lei Cha soup instead. Yay!

And they replaced the egg with bok choy instead which was even better. More greens.

We tried 2 of the sets:

Food was delicious. There were some fried side dishes which I just took one bite of coz I’m trying to avoid deep fried food. I brought along my lettuce so I could have some raw greens 😄

There seems to be some kind of buzzing or vibration in the restaurant… maybe because it’s underground. Now I recall that I used to experience that as well when I ate there previously. Have any of you felt the buzzing/vibration? Hmmm…
