Final meal in Hoi An, decided to go to V Vegan as this was recommended by Xin Ru on IG.
We had:

Tofu, mushroom, lemongrass, coriander, and rice noodles,
in a hot spiced broth.

A vegetarian-friendly version of Banh Cuon- a rolled
steamed rice flour pancake filled with mushroom, tofu,
carrot, onion, and bean sprouts.
95.000 VND

VEGETABLE WONTON IN COCONUT BROTH
A silky wonton skin filled with mushroom, tofu and
mung beans, in a lightly spiced coconut broth.
105.000 VND

Perfect way to end our time in Hoi An. Beautiful decor, super flavoursome food and everything’s vegan!!
