🍆Şakşuka (Turkish Eggplant Shakshuka Recipe) 🍆
Trying out Chef Adam Sobel of Cinnamon Snail’s recipe!
As usual, making adaptations based on what I have and also making it oil-free.
This is for Mr Jazz Guitarist since it’s cooked.
For me, I’m making a zoodles recipe for lunch.
INGREDIENTS 1 potato, diced into 1 cm. cubes 2 eggplants, diced into 1 cm. cubes 1 green bell pepper diced Handful french beans 1 cup mixed lentils ½ medium yellow onion, diced 2 tomatoes, finely diced 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon ground coriander ½ teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 ½ teaspoons white vinegar 1 teaspoon Organicule date powder 2 teaspoons Organicule Baobab powder ¾ teaspoon salt, or to taste
TO GARNISH: 2 tablespoons minced curly kale
