I made some adaptations: 1 cup uncooked green lentils - I used a mix of green, brown and red lentils 3 cups water 1 medium yellow onion, diced 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped small - I used 2 2 garlic cloves, minced - omitted as I didn’t have this 3 tablespoons chili powder 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (1) 15-ounce can tomato sauce - I used 5 small fresh tomatoes 2 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato paste) - I used Organicule baobab powder 3 tablespoons mustard - I used mustar powder 3 tablespoons maple syrup - Used coconut sugar 1/2 teaspoons salt, or to taste - used BeReal Shio Koji
