Lovely big celebratory dinner after him conducting 2 workshops yesterday in Kuching.

We had:
1. Manicai with baby corn and carrots
2. 4 Heavenly Kings
3. Mixed curry vegetables
4. Tomato Kueh Teow

I like the mixed curry here! It tastes different from the mixed curry veggies in KL. This one has cardamom in it. And very lemak 🙂 If someone has the recipe, please share it with me 🙂 Thank you!

This is a vegetarian restaurant, so you have to request for no milk, no eggs. Dishes with eggs are clearly marked.
