๐ Quinoa Porridge With Caramelised Bananas And Blackcurrants (cooked vegan) ๐

Since this is cooked, itโs for Mr Jazz Guitarist. Iโm having bananas + guava + @organicule superfoods for my breakfast.
I adapted the recipe based on what I have and made it oil-free.
MY INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup quinoa 1/4 cup dried blackcurrants - I ran out of cranberries 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 1/2 cups almond milk - made with @in.the.pink plant-based milk concentrate 1 tablespoons coconut nectar 1 large banana, sliced 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed toppings of your choice, for serving
