I decided to get the book “Raw: Recipes For A Modern Vegetarian Lifestyle” by SOLLA EIRIKSDOTTIR.
Making this with some adaptations based on what I have but keeping the spirit of the recipe 😃
INGREDIENTS 250 g red cabbage, very thinly sliced 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips 4 red radishes, very thinly sliced 2 carrots, cut into very thin strips ½ head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces 2 tablespoons Himalayan pink salt
For the vinegar blend 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar - she uses 1 cup but Mr Jazz Guitarist doesn’t like ACV 1 tablespoon Mu soy sauce 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar 2 -inch old ginger, sliced 6 cloves garlic 3 tablespoons Gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
