CAJUN SEASONING - I just googled to find a recipe and made this! 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. dried oregano 1/2 tbsp. kosher salt 1/2 tbsp. onion powder 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp. cayenne
MY INGREDIENTS - leek - 1 yellow bell pepper, diced - 1 red bell pepper, diced - 2 celery stalks, diced - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 cup of diced tomatoes - 1 cup of bean water - 1 cup of basmati rice - 1 cup of sliced okra - 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning - 1 teaspoon of paprika - 1/2 teaspoon of thyme - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
