Am making this with some adaptations based on what I have but keeping the spirit of the recipe 😃
MY INGREDIENTS 3 medium potatoes 3 carrots 1 packet french beans 1 bunch cilantro 2 ears corn 3 celery stalks 1 cucumber Pinch of sea salt freshly ground pepper (This will taste even better with an onion but I didn’t have one with me)
🍛For serving Lime juice Fresh cilantro Chopped onion Sliced jalapeño Diced avocado brown rice
I loved how it turned out. This is a very comforting clear soup.
