It was divine. Loved that this is a fully vegan restaurant so we can have anything on the menu. And this time we got a private room, yayyyy!
🌮Sushi Taco - Nasu Dengaku Nori green apple. avocado. konnyaku. Eggplant. miso. sansho. garlic . ginger Side dishes ~ Deep Fried Satoimo Dango No Ankake (apparently this is not deep fried) wild yam dango. thick coulis. japanese spinach . lotus . leek Umibudo Ensaladang Lato seagrapes. mango. tomato. lime. coriander. onion 🥣We wanted a soup so we went with the French Onion Soup onion. cashew cheese. garlic. manju baguette 🍣For the sushi, we had a special 4-piece set which had: Wild Kinoko wild mushrooms. fried garlic. black garlic vegan mayo Beet Tartare beet root. caper. red onion. parsley. apple. vegan mayo. lemon : truffle cream Aka Nasu tomato: avocado. aojiso katsu. shio kombu. vegan mayo Umibudo Tomato No Wafu Marinade seagrapes. tomatoes. aojiso. ginger. pickled seaweed kombu
For our mains we had a rice and an udon 🍚Fermented Sencha Kombu Ochazuke fermented sencha tea leave. sesame seeds . agedama. shio kombu. aojiso . coriander . nori. aojiso seeds. wasabi 🍜Curry Udon potato cream. hukujinzuke pickled radish. handmade udon . scallion (they didn’t have potato cream though…)
You can request for no onion, no garlic too. Highly recommended!
