I added more greens to this as I’m aiming to have 1 pound (450g) of leafy greens daily.
I do this by having 150g of greens in my breakfast and 300g in my lunch.
So I added:
🥬Choy sum
🥬Kai lan
🥬Coriander
🥬Butterleaf lettuce
Also added my mung bean and green lentil sprouts plus my homemade ferments.
