INGREDIENTS
1 large mango, peeled, cut into cubes
1 banana, sliced
1cup unsweetened soy or almond milk
1 tablespoon rolled oats
Toppings:
• raspberries
• blueberries
•chia seeds
•coconut flakes
METHOD
Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until creamy and smooth. Pour into two serving bowls and garnish with toppings. Dig in and enjoy!
Tip: Use any other fruits and berries of your choice for toppings.
