ORIGINAL RECIPE Green Goddess Dressing:

1/2 CUP Pepitas/Pumpkin Seeds
โ
2 Garlic Cloves
โ
1/2 CUP Fresh Cilantro
โ
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
โ
2 TBSP Tahini
โ
2 TBSP Tamari (Soy Sauce)
โ
1/4 TSP Salt
โ
1/4 TSP Pepper
โ
1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Basil
โ
JUICE 1 Lemon (cut the lemon on four sides, avoiding the core, to avoid the seeds)

1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
โ
3/4 CUP Water (may need more or less to get it to the right consistency)

โ๏ธ2 Black Garlic Cloves
โ๏ธ1/2 CUP Fresh Cilantro
โ๏ธ1 TBSP DevSpice Vegan Seasoning
โ๏ธ1 TBSP In The Pink Cashew Milk Concentrate
โ๏ธ1 TBSP Mu Soy Sauce
โ๏ธ1/4 TSP Miso
โ๏ธ1/4 TSP Pepper
โ๏ธ1 tsp Dried Basil
โ๏ธJUICE 3 calamansi limes
โ๏ธ1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
โ๏ธ1 CUP Water
SALAD INGREDIENTS
Kailan
Water cress
Siew Pak Choy
Nai Pak
Japanese cucumber
Arame
Goji berries
Mung bean sprouts
Brown lentil sprouts
Baby pink radish
Brussel sprouts
Avocado
Brazil nut
Red Thai chilli
Mini heirloom tomatoes
Tomatoes
Fresh jackfruit
Tangerine
METHOD
Green goddess dressing: (I make this in a magic bullet blender. You could use any blender however you may need to double the recipe in that case).
