ORIGINAL RECIPE Green Goddess Dressing:
โœ…1/2 CUP Pepitas/Pumpkin Seeds
โœ…2 Garlic Cloves
โœ…1/2 CUP Fresh Cilantro
โœ…2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
โœ…2 TBSP Tahini
โœ…2 TBSP Tamari (Soy Sauce)
โœ…1/4 TSP Salt
โœ…1/4 TSP Pepper
โœ…1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Basil
โœ…JUICE 1 Lemon (cut the lemon on four sides, avoiding the core, to avoid the seeds)
โœ…1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
โœ…3/4 CUP Water (may need more or less to get it to the right consistency)

Iโ€™M USING FOR MY DRESSING
โœ”๏ธ3 tablespoons Pepitas/Pumpkin Seeds
โœ”๏ธ2 Black Garlic Cloves
โœ”๏ธ1/2 CUP Fresh Cilantro
โœ”๏ธ1 TBSP DevSpice Vegan Seasoning
โœ”๏ธ1 TBSP In The Pink Cashew Milk Concentrate
โœ”๏ธ1 TBSP Mu Soy Sauce
โœ”๏ธ1/4 TSP Miso
โœ”๏ธ1/4 TSP Pepper
โœ”๏ธ1 tsp Dried Basil
โœ”๏ธJUICE 3 calamansi limes
โœ”๏ธ1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
โœ”๏ธ1 CUP Water

SALAD INGREDIENTS
Kailan
Water cress
Siew Pak Choy
Nai Pak
Japanese cucumber
Arame
Goji berries
Mung bean sprouts
Brown lentil sprouts
Baby pink radish
Brussel sprouts
Avocado
Brazil nut
Red Thai chilli
Mini heirloom tomatoes
Tomatoes
Fresh jackfruit
Tangerine

METHOD
Green goddess dressing: (I make this in a magic bullet blender. You could use any blender however you may need to double the recipe in that case).
