Ok, there’s no orzo in this soup coz I don’t have orzo and I’m gonna use quinoa instead so let’s see if it still works 😉
This one is cooked, so I’m making it for Mr Jazz Guitarist. I’m having fruit and lettuce for my dinner.

I’ve adapted the recipe to make it oil-free and based on what I have:
INGREDIENTS I USED:
2 tbsp water
1 small red onion finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 cup water + Lacto-fermented brine/juice
1 tsp Dev Spice crazy salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried majoram
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup dried chickpeas, soaked for 10 hours
1 medium zucchini diced
6 tomatoes
2 cups water
1/3 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 cup quinoa
