Upon request, I made raw vegan cheese using macadamia nuts as the cheese base and then flavoured it with spices and herbs so there were 3 different kinds.
This was for the 2nd Raw Food Worldwide Meetup KL Edition which I hosted at Desa Park City.
I personally thought the cheeses were a bit too salty but I guess I’ve been having mostly salt-free food that’s why it felt that way.
Everyone else thought the cheeses were delicious and enjoyed them tremendously.
