SALAD INGREDIENTS 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped (360 g / 12 .5 oz) 4 medium leaves of kale, finely chopped (112 g / 4 oz) 1/4 cup parsley, chopped (15 g / .5 oz) 2 green onions, finely sliced (24 g / .85 oz) 2 carrots, shredded or chopped (120 g / 4 oz) 1 cup navel oranges, chopped (165 g / 5.8 oz) 1 cup mango, fresh or thawed (229 g / 8 oz) 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped (30 g / 1 oz) 7 - 10 grape tomatoes, halved (70 g / 2.5 oz)
Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl and mix well.
DRESSING: MACADAMIA FIRE (1 - 2 SERVINGS) 3 Tbsp Macadamia nuts (27 g / 1 oz) 2 Medjool dates, pitted (48 g / 1.5 oz) 1/2 lemon, peeled (29 g / 1 oz) 1/2 tsp onion granules (1 g) 1 tsp paprika (2 g) 1/3 tsp chipotle powder (0.8 g) 1/2 jalapeño (with seeds) (15 g / .5 oz) 3/4 cup distilled water (178 g / 6 oz)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
