Makes 1, serves 2
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sprouted buckwheat ( 200g )
1 cup peeled, chopped courgettes ( 150g )
1/2 cup soaked almonds, skin off (70g)
1 tbs ACV
1/2 cup chopped onion ( 26g )
1/2 cup water
1 medjool date ( 8g )
2 tbs psyllium husk
DIRECTIONS
Process all the ingredients , except psyllium husk into a smooth dough. Add psyllium husk and fully process into a dough.
Shape the dough into a circle about 4-5 mm thick. Put the toppings and dehydrate on non stick sheet for 6 hours, turn over and dehydrate on mesh tray for 2 hours.
