Excited to develop American Chinese Takeout recipes today…

Worked on the marinade and also the sauce for it.

I think it’s a bit on the salty side…might need it a bit sweeter as Americans in general seem to like their Chinese food sweet.

Anyways, there’s definitely going to be another round of tweaking and testing.
