😋Creamy Coconut CHICKPEA CURRY😋

I made adaptations based on what I have with me…

MY INGREDIENTS
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb ginger, minced
3 green onions, diced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1yellow onion, sliced
3 cups cooked chickpeas (I cooked from dried chickpeas, don’t like the nasty stuff in the can)
1 tsp Organicule turmeric
2 tsp yellow curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
coconut milk
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup water from cooked chickpeas
2 large handfuls sweet potato leaves
1 tablespoon lacto-fermented juice
fresh coriander, chopped
