Fully raw today (even though some people may say “so, you’re not raw”). Was fully raw yesterday too. And also fully raw the day before. Why am I even justifying this!

WALNUT BEET DRESSING (FOR 2 GIANT SALADS)
My dressing was inspired by the Walnut Beet Dressing recipe by Edith Agoston in the Plant-Based Bundle.
1 ¾ cup water
1 red bell pepper
½ cup walnuts
2 tsp @organicule beetroot powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon @Mu.soysauce
10 small dates
