Trying out Rose Leeās recipe from the recentPlant-Based Bundle November 2024! It was yummy!
Making this for others to eat. I'm having fruit for dinner.
Iāve made some adaptations the recipe based on what I have with me, and hereās what I used:
MY INGREDIENTS 1/2 head of cauliflower (Around 300g), washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
For Batter: 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
For Sauce: 1.5 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp organic glutinous rice cooking wine vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp Pretend Gochujang sauce - recipe in my āKorean BBQ Party courseā which is in the Plant-Based Bundle 1 cup water 4 dried red chillies 1 tablespoon ginger juice Cashew nuts
For Garnish Spring onions
