Found that Souper Tang has a vegetarian section on their menu so decided to try it out since I wanted to have soup.

Ordered:
✅SIGNATURE STONE POT RICE STEAMED 1PAX RM29.90
✅SAUTEED LION'S MANE MUSHROOM AND SOY CHIP RM36.90
✅DOUBLE BOILED WILD MUSHROOM NOURISHING SOUP (1PAX) RM29.90

The portions for 1 pax was quite generous actually. I was expecting it to be small as usually these kind of places serve small portions at high prices but it turned out pretty satisfying.
I thought the lion’s mane mushroom was sauteed but then it was so crispy I wonder if it was deep fried first before being sauteed?
Service was good and quick until the point where they just plonked the leftovers in a bag onto the table. Heh.

They kept trying to upsell me to join their membership, get purchase with purchase and when I kept saying no, the lady at the counter didn’t seem pleased.
Not sure if I’ll go back again as prices were quite high and the options are quite limited. Still, good to know they have some vegetarian section which was quite vegan friendly.
