It was a pity that a number of their Christmas offerings weren’t vegan as they had dairy or honey in them such as the Roasted Turkey Roll, Cheese Baked Butter Rice, Lotus Speciality Pizza and Christmas cakes… I gave them feedback that these could be easily veganised with vegan cheese, vegan butter and maple syrup. But I guess it could be a cost thing as well.
Overall we did have a good time again at the buffet, didn’t expect to be back here so soon after last weekend 😊
