🍊Orange Ginger Tempeh 🍊(cooked vegan)

I’ve made some adaptations the recipe based on what I have with me, and here’s what I used: MY INGREDIENTS 450 g tempeh 2 tbsp ginger from Doku Bio-technology & My Blue Tea My Blue Tea 2 oranges juiced 2 garlic cloves minced 1/4 cup water 2 tsp coconut sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp arrowroot powder mixed with 1 tsp water to make a slurry 1 tbsp green onions sliced small for serving Her original recipe uses tofu 😀
