MY Ingredients: * 1 cup dried quinoa, rinsed * 1 3/4 cups water * 1 corn * 2 carrots, peeled and diced * ½ yellow onion * 1 cup cauliflower, chopped * 1 red bell pepper, cored and diced * 1 tablespoon water * 3 tablespoons Musoy sauce * 2 - 3 teaspoons garlic powder * salt + pepper to taste * red pepper flakes or dash of cayenne pepper, to taste
