With beginnings in Ipoh and Kampar as manufacturers and suppliers of processed vegetarian food, Yishensu was known as Yishen Vegetarian Restaurant back in 1987 before claiming its current name two years later.

Since then, the connoisseur of vegetarian cuisine expanded to the city centre by sprouting several heads in the heart of Selangor, gracing vegetarians and those seeking healthy fares in 1 Utama Shopping Mall and Klang’s BBT One Boulevard with the likes of claypot chicken vegetables rice, teriyaki duck vegetables with scrambled eggs and steamed rice, and signature fried kuey teow.
