Is There a Downside to Going Gluten-Free if You’re Healthy?
If you're already vegan, be skeptical about cutting out vegan foods unless you have an excellent reason. Whole grain breads are wonderfully nutritious and add a whole new dimension to your food choices. Sure, you could live without them. But unless you're celiac or have significant digestive issues, why would you?
