This week we flocked to the National Chicken Council's annual meeting, alongside our costumed chicken, to urge the poultry industry to ban cruel "nose bones" -- dull plastic rods stabbed through male birds' noses to restrict feed intake -- once and for all. 🐔
Since we first exposed these barbaric devices at Tyson, 17 of the top 20 US chicken producers have stopped or confirmed they're not using them.
