Our self-care tip this week is all about the world around us in honor of #EarthDay2020 🌱

One study found that taking a 20 minute stroll somewhere in nature can significantly lower your stress levels. Due to the current situation we can't spend our days in forests or on beaches, but there are still ways we can enjoy the natural world while staying safe.

Take a walk and notice the nature around you. Even in a city, if you listen and look carefully you might notice something you haven't before, whether it's birds tweeting in the trees or flowers springing up through gaps in concrete. Remember to stay safe and follow social distancing guidelines. Make it a point to take regular short breaks there throughout the day to get some fresh air. 🌿
