Breaking News! After months of hard work and dialogue with companies and institutions, the amendment our team in Italy has been working on to ban the cruel practice of killing newborn male chicks in the egg industry, was presented to and accepted by the Italian Parliament!
There is still work to do–the proposal will be voted on in the coming weeks–but if this ban is put into law, it will spare millions of lives every year.
