IHOP is testing a vegan breakfast sandwich at its Flip’d by IHOP location in the Flatiron neighborhood of New York City. The "Plant Based Cali" will feature a vegan breakfast sausage from Sweet Earth, JUST Egg, arugula, roasted tomatoes and avocado.
